Important change from 1 July 2017
From 1 July 2017, this form was replaced by the digital duties form, except for the purposes of a refund.
If you want to apply for a concession from duty for off-the-plan contracts, relating to both land and building packages and refurbished lots, please use the digital duties form.
Duties form 4A (below) should only be used if you need to apply for a duty refund in relation to an off-the-plan transaction.
If you are requesting a refund, you do not need to lodge any of the supporting documents referred to in Duties Form 4A.
This form must be lodged electronically with the SRO. Paper-based submissions will be returned.
