Reset your Duties Online password
Reset your Duties Online password in 3 simple steps.
To make things easier, keep this page open and complete the reset process in a new window.

Go to the Duties Online login page
On the Duties Online login page select 'reset your password' next to the 'password' field.
Enter your username and corresponding email address. Select 'OK'.

Create a temporary password
A pop-up box will prompt you to create a temporary 'activation password', which has to be a minimum of 7 characters.
Make sure you record this temporary password as you need it later to complete the password reset process.

Reset your new password
Retrieve the email the system has sent you. Select the link within the email and enter the temporary activation password that you created in Step 2.
Once you’ve successfully logged in, you must create a new permanent password, which has to be a minimum of 7 characters, using a mix of upper and lower case, letters and numerals.

Congratulations. You’ve now successfully reset your Duties Online password.
