Economic entitlements

Circumstances/Transactions:

If a person enters into an arrangement in relation to land under which the person is or will be entitled (directly or through another person) to an economic entitlement in relation to the land, that person is taken to have acquired beneficial ownership in the land in proportion to the economic entitlement obtained.

Evidence:

1. Digital Duties Form (Change of Beneficial Ownership).
2. A valuation of the land showing the unencumbered value at the time that the economic entitlement is acquired.
3. All contracts and agreement surrounding development and the interest of the parties.
