This was a first home owner grant matter which was heard by the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal. A decision was handed down on 1 June 2006 in favour of the Commissioner.
The issue was whether the applicant met the residence requirement in s.12 of the First Home Owner Grant Act 2000.
