This was a first home owner grant matter, which was heard by the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal. A decision was handed down on 2 May 2006 in favour of the Commissioner.
The issue was whether the Applicant met the residence requirement in s. 12 of the First Home Owner Grant Act 2000.
