Land tax assessments for 2014 are now being issued to property owners across Victoria.

If you have been directly impacted by recent bushfires and are suffering hardship, you can call our Customer Contact Centre on 13 21 61 to discuss your circumstances.

The land tax issue cycle began on January 28 and the majority of taxable land holders will receive their assessments by the end of April 2014.

The State Revenue Office has issued Revenue Ruling DA.026 (version 2) – 'Aggregation of dutiable transactions and the exception from aggregation for domestic builders where residential premises are to be constructed'.
