We’ve expanded our online customer lodgement services so that you can more easily do business with us when it suits you from the convenience of your home or office.

All transfers of land and declarations of trust must be lodged electronically via our website.

• Conveyancing industry

Regular lodgers involved in the conveyancing industry should apply to use Duties Online (DOL).

• Individuals

Members of the public who choose not to use a DOL registered user (such as their solicitor or conveyancer) can lodge after completing a simple registration process.
