Land Tax Clearance Certificate & 2015 Liability Update

Land Tax Clearance Certificates applied for in 2014 will only show liabilities for 2014 and any outstanding prior years.

If your 2014 settlement date changes to 2015, you will need to contact this office to request an updated certificate showing the 2015 liability. An update is only available if both the vendor and the purchaser, as advised in the initial application, remain unchanged.

Issuing of Land Tax Clearance Certificates in respect of properties that are intended to be settled or auctioned in 2015 will be deferred to Friday 2 January 2015. This will allow for the 2015 land tax liability calculation to be included on the certificate.
