From 15 April 2022, keno tax has moved to a point of consumption method.From 15 April 2022, keno tax has moved to a point of consumption method.
Keno entities must pay tax on their net keno revenue, including GST, from players located in Victoria at the time of playing.
Existing keno entities that offer keno games to Victorian players must register with us before 1 May 2022.
New keno entities must register before the end of the first month in which they become liable to pay keno tax.
Once registered, entities must submit a return and pay the tax monthly.
