State Taxation Acts Amendment Act 2020 introduces tax changes

The State Taxation Acts Amendment Act 2020 received Royal Assent today.

It introduces a number of changes to our taxation laws. Some of these measures were announced in the 2020-21 Budget.

There are changes to the Duties Act 2000, the Land Tax Act 2005 and amendments to other Acts.
