Reset a PTX Express password or create a username

You can create a PTX Express username or reset your existing password by following these steps.

1. Select your category

   Reset your password (for existing PTX users)

   1. Go to the PTX Express page.
   2. Select 'Password reset'.
   3. Enter your customer ID and corresponding email address.
   4. Answer one of the security questions (if you answer more than one question you will not be able to proceed).
   5. Select 'OK'.

   A new password will be generated and sent to your registered email address.

   Create a user name (for new PTX users)

   1. Go to the PTX Express page.
   2. Select 'Create a login'.
   3. Complete all mandatory fields.
   4. Answer one of the security questions (if you answer more than one question you will not be able to proceed).
   5. Select 'Create login'.

   A new password will be generated and sent to your registered email address.
