Now that you have linked the SRO to your myGov account, your land tax assessments will come directly to your myGov Inbox, rather than through the post.

How will I know when I have received a land tax assessment?

You will be notified via email or SMS when there is a new land tax assessment in your myGov inbox. To access your assessment:

  1. Log in to myGov
  2. Select ‘Inbox’
  3. Open the message from us
  4. Select the link to view your assessment

Please note:

  • If you own land jointly with others, the joint assessment will only come to you via myGov if you are the owner nominated to receive the assessment.
  • You cannot reply to or forward myGov messages.

If you prefer to receive your land tax assessments in the post, call 13 21 61 and let us know. You do not need to unlink your myGov account to revert to paper assessments.
