Reset your Duties Online password
Reset your Duties Online password in 3 simple steps.
Step 1: Go to the Duties Online login page
Open the Duties Online login page in a new window and keep this page open.
On the Duties Online login page, select 'reset your password' next to the 'password' field.
Enter your username and corresponding email address. Select 'OK'.
Step 2: Create a temporary password
A pop-up box will prompt you to create a temporary 'activation password', which must be at least 7 characters.
Make sure you record this temporary password to complete the password reset process.
Step 3: Reset your new password
Open the email sent to you by the system and select the link. Enter the temporary activation password that you created in Step 2.
Once you log in, follow the prompt to create a new permanent password. Passwords must contain:
- between 9 and 15 characters
- at least one numeral
- one upper case letter
- one lower case letter.
Keep your new password in a safe place. If you forget it again, repeat this 3-step process to reset your account with a new password.
