Receiving land tax assessments via myGov

Link your account to receive notices in myGov.

Notifications and accessing your assessment

You can link the SRO to your myGov account and have your land tax assessments sent to your myGov inbox.

You will receive an email or SMS when there is a new land tax assessment in your myGov inbox. To access your assessment:

  1. Log in to myGov.
  2. Select ‘Inbox’.
  3. Open the message from us.
  4. Select the link to view your assessment.

Please note:

  • If you own land jointly, the joint assessment will only come to you via myGov if you are the owner nominated to receive the assessment.
  • You cannot reply to or forward myGov messages.

Unlinking the SRO from myGov

To unlink the SRO from your myGov account:

  1. Log in to myGov.
  2. Select 'Services'.
  3. Select the 'Unlink' button next to 'State Revenue Office Victoria'.
  4. Select 'Confirm'.

If you unlink, you will no longer be able to see messages from us in your myGov inbox.
