Background information
After submitting your application for a metropolitan planning levy certificate, you will receive a unique application identifier number.
You will also receive our bank account details to pay by electronic funds transfer from your cheque or savings account.
Once you pay the levy, we email you your certificate so you can lodge your planning permit application.
We will email your certificate within 10 business days of receiving your application and payment.
