Christmas-New Year phone closure

Our customer service center, which answers incoming calls including those to our 13 21 61 number, will be closed during the Christmas-New Year holiday period.

The centre will be closed from 3 pm on Wednesday 24 December 2025 until 8:30 am on Monday 5 January 2026.

During this time, you can still contact us online.

Our online systems will also be available throughout the holiday period.
