Circumstances/Transactions:

Transfer of Crown leasehold estate 

Evidence:

  1. A copy of the lease.
  2. The Digital Duties Form.
  3. Evidence of the value of the property by one of these methods:
    1. A letter of appraisal from a licensed real estate agent and a copy of the rate notice.
    2. A valuation from a certified practising valuer who is a member of the Australian Property Institute (API) or by a member of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV) with sworn valuer accreditation.
    3. Any agreement or contract of sale between the parties (real property value statutory declaration).
    4. Details of the consideration, other than rent reserved, paid or agreed to be paid.
