Equity release programs - exemption

Circumstances/Transactions:

A transfer made on or after 15 June 2005 under an equity release program that results in a change in beneficial ownership is exempt.

Evidence:

1. Duties Form 14 - Statement on change of beneficial ownership of dutiable property
2. Equity Release Program Statutory Declaration together with the schedule outlining the transactions.
