Land tax

• If you are registered for My Land Tax, you can update your contact details easily online.
• If you are not registered, you can complete our change of contact details form.
• If you have set up a payment plan, you also need to update your details in the AutoPay portal. Select ‘View and update’ on the relevant payment schedule.

Payroll tax

Update your contact details or add yourself as a contact for your client in PTX Express.

Land transfer duty

Conveyancers should update their details in Duties Online.

Vacant residential land tax

• Update your details in the vacant residential land tax portal.
• You must also update your contact details in My Land Tax.
• If you have set up a payment plan, you also need to update your details in the AutoPay portal. Select ‘View and update’ on the relevant payment schedule.

Commercial passenger vehicle service levy

Log in to the commercial passenger vehicle services levy portal and select ‘Update your details’ in the ‘Your details’ section.

Congestion levy

Car park owners or operators (or authorised representatives) should complete the congestion levy form to change owner or operator details.

Wagering and betting tax

Update your details in the wagering and betting tax portal.

Other taxes and services

• Use the change of contact details form to update your own details or those of a client you are already authorised for.
• To update representative details, use the authorise or update a representative form.
