How to notify us and lodge your final keno tax return.
Background information
If you are registered for keno tax but are no longer liable fand do not expect to be liable in future, you must let us know.
Within 14 days of no longer being liable, you must:
- notify us by email, and
- submit a final return.
Step 1: Notify us by email
If you believe you are no longer liable for keno tax and do not expect to be liable again in future, you must notify us by email.
Step 2: Lodge your final return and make any outstanding payments
Follow the normal process to lodge your final return.
Then make any outstanding payments within 14 days of no longer being liable.
