This form must be used by a Licensed Motor Car Trader (LMCT) to notify us of a 'change in use' of a motor vehicle registered in the name of an LMCT from 'solely/primarily for the purpose of sale/demonstration' to another purpose, for example customer loan car or service vehicle.
