Use this form to register as an owner or operator of a car park in the congestion levy area.

Review the process to register as a car park owner or operator.

You must register within one month of becoming the owner or operator of a car park.

You can complete this form if you are:

• the owner of a public or private car park
• the operator of a public car park.

For public car parks, both the owner and operator must register.

If there are multiple owners, one owner needs to complete and certify the form on behalf of all owners. If there are multiple operators of the same public car park, one operator can complete and sign the form on behalf of all operators.

If you are already registered and need to update your details, use the change of details form.

Get these details ready

You will need:

• business details, including trading name, Australian Business Number/Australian Company Number and State Revenue Office customer number
• contact and postal address details
• details of any other owners of the car park spaces
• authorised representative details, if applicable
• operator details, if a public car park is operated by another person or you want to nominate an operator to receive correspondence and lodge returns on your behalf
• details of each car park, including the address, number of spaces, the size of each space and the commencement date.
